Parking
There is ample parking at the race staging area located in the Village at Conifer - Aspen Park Shopping Center. For directions, see MAPS & LOCATION.
Pricing
Pre-race registration is $25 for participation in the Community 5K Run/Walk - register on Active.com. Race day registration is $27 for the Community 5K Run/Walk.
Kids 1K registration is $5, payable on race day only in cash or check or in advance at the Aspen Park Pediatric office behind Haley's Closet. For directions email us.
Check-in Information
Bib number pick-up, volunteer check-in and information will be available in the courtyard outside of Fiesta Jalisco starting at 8:00 AM race day.
There will be no baggage check-in.
Aid Stations
There will be a water station serving water at the approximate mid point of the 5K race. Elk Creek Fire Department will have an ambulance standing by in case of an emergency. Aspen Park Pediatric will be providing first aid at the start/finish line.
Additional Course Information
Each mile will be marked, courtesy of the Columbines Women's Running Club. This is not an officially measured course. Distances are close but approximate.
Spectators
can watch the race from a number of points. Refer to the race map for more details.
Awards
Overall awards will be given to the top male and top female finishers in the Community 5K. Age group awards will be presented to the top finishers in the following categories; 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 & 70+
All children participating in the Kids 1K Fun Run will receive an award!
